Since co-founding TTT+Partners, Pathorn has built a practice reputed for its caliber and handling of a number of complex and high-profile disputes. He recently led the team representing Thaicom PLC and Gulf Development PLC in a significant satellite concession dispute, in which the Administrative Court upheld the arbitral award notwithstanding a challenge by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.
