TTT+Partners successfully represented BANGKOK DUSIT MEDICAL SERVICES PCL (“BDMS”) in its early-stage investment of 15% of total shares in Cariva (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a pioneering Thai medical technology start-up developing AI solutions for the healthcare sector, with a pre-money valuation of THB 292.5 million (~ USD 7.9 Million).
This investment funds early stage operations and development of Medical Large Language Models (Medical LLMs) which ultimately aim to help raise the bar in preventive healthcare services, personalized medicine, preliminary screening for abnormalities, and data analysis. The transaction value was approximately THB 58.5 million (~ USD1.58 million) and completed on 9 April 2024.
