TTT+Partners successfully represented Buddy Group Co., Ltd., a leading hospitality operator, in joining hands with a local partner to acquire prime beachfront land in a strategic location in Phuket a premier tourist destination in Thailand.
Known for their unique brand of hospitality, Buddy Group intends to develop the plot into a premier beach club to cater to the increasing number of tourists as well as their higher expectations. The transaction was valued at more than more than USD 10 million.
