Our comprehensive legal services included negotiating, drafting, and finalising the shareholders’ agreement, along with preparing all related corporate documents.
This joint venture will operate the well-known ‘KKV’ retail brand in Thailand, a significant expansion in the retail market. The total matter value was ~ THB 387 million (~ USD 11 million), marking a milestone in cross-border collaboration and retail growth in the region.
