TTT+Partner advised PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC) on its divestment of 50% to a wholly owned subsidiary of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA) in GC Logistics Solutions Company Limited (GCL), a logistics management operator.
The resulting joint venture in the logistics business optimises services and has opened the way to new opportunities to expand the business , particularly in the areas of smart warehousing and green logistics. The transaction value was approximately THB 2.6 billion (~ USD 74.8 million) and completed on 20 December 2023.
