TTT+Partners acted as lead counsel to International Beverage Holdings Limited (a member of the ThaiBev group) on the NZD 27.5 Million (~ USD 17.3 Million) acquisition of Cardrona Distillery group, a premium spirits distillery and manufacturer in New Zealand operating under a number of established brands including “The Reid”, “The Source” and “Rose Rabbit”.
This acquisition establishes ThaiBev’s first formal presence in New Zealand and is part of ThaiBev’s strategy to expand its presence and portfolio in the New World premium spirits business.
This deal was led by Senior Partner Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt and Counsel Parithat Chamnongsilp and supported by leading New Zealand law firm Bell Gully.
