TTT+Partners acted as Thai legal counsel to Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev) on the successful establishment of its US$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.
Under the program, ThaiBev may issue notes and perpetual securities denominated in any currency, offering enhanced flexibility to access a wide range of capital markets. The securities will be offered in Singapore, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, and may be unlisted or listed on any exchange, including the Singapore Exchange (SGX). Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes across the ThaiBev group.
The transaction was led by Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt, James Lawden, and Arnut Pongprueksa, working alongside Maythawi Boonyapinyo.
