TTT+Partners advised Turnkey Communication Services PCL on its partial voluntary tender offer to acquire up to 10.00% of the total issued and paid-up shares of Advanced Information Technology PCL (AIT).
The offer was priced at THB 5.20 per share, with a total transaction value of ~THB 799 million (~ USD 24.8 million).
TTT+Partners advised on the structure of the tender offer, prepared and submitted all required filings and supporting documents to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and ensured compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.
This transaction represents a strategic step by Turnkey Communication Services to expand its investment portfolio in Thailand’s rapidly evolving information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
