Pathorn has over 18 years of experience in high-profile domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration, covering civil, commercial and administrative law, class actions, concessions, telecoms, regulatory investigation, securities disputes, cryptocurrency-based dispute construction, consumer products, insurance, labour and employment, media and entertainment, telecommunications, corruption, and white-collar crime, as well as restructuring and bankruptcy.
He represents clients before all court levels, including special courts, such as the Supreme Court of Justice a criminal division for persons holding political positions, the Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases, Intellectual Property and Internal Trade Court, as well as various arbitration forums.
Pathorn was previously a partner heading litigation and dispute resolution at Weerawong C&P. He is a co-founder of TTT+Partners.

Represented Thaicom Public Company Limited and Gulf Development Public Company Limited in a landmark satellite telecommunications dispute against the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society concerning the scope of a satellite concession agreement.
Represented a large telecommunication company as a plaintiff in a dispute with a state-owned enterprise.
Representing KASIKORNBANK PCL as a bondholder representative in a civil case against Stark Corporation Public Company Limited. The court has ruled in favor of our client, affirming that the defendants must repay the full claimed amount of approximately THB 5.3 billion (~ USD 142.8 million). Additionally, the court has also imposed punitive damages amounting to one-quarter of the compensated damages, further underscoring the severity of the misconduct involved.
