Advised Frasers Property (Thailand) PCL on its THB 265 million acquisition of a 30% stake in Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and its subsidiary on the purchase of 48 million REIT units in FTREIT from Mitsui & Co. (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd.
PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) on the proposed THB 9.24 billion (~USD 255 million) disposition of its interests in two key infrastructure assets located in Map Ta Phut, Rayong: Thai Tank Terminal, a joint-venture terminal operator, and a bulk tank farm (BTF) comprising large-scale storage and logistics infrastructure.
