The IPO involved the offering of 140,000,000 ordinary shares, marking a significant milestone in the company’s transition to a publicly traded entity.
Our team provided comprehensive legal support throughout the process, including conducting legal due diligence, ensuring compliance with SEC and SET regulations, and addressing conflict-of-interest issues arising from the spin-off transaction with SKY ICT Public Company Limited. We also worked closely with Pro Inside and its stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful IPO, culminating in the company’s first day of trading on 20 January 2025.
