TTT+Partners successfully represented Jasmine Submarine Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (JSTC) in a significant contractual dispute against National Telecom PCL (NT) concerning a submarine fiber optic cable network project.
The dispute centered on revenue sharing under a submarine cable agreement. On July 31, 2025, the Administrative Court rendered its final judgment, ordering NT to pay JSTC a total of THB 5.12 billion (~ USD 158 million) in principal and interest.
