In a noteworthy development in the corporate landscape, the former heads of Corporate and Dispute Resolution at Weerawong C&P, Ms Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt and Mr Pathorn Towongchuen, have founded new law firm TTT+Partners.
An industry veteran of over 30 years, Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt spent eight years at Weerawong C&P, seven of which as Senior Partner leading the capital markets and corporate governance practice groups. Before that, she was a Partner at Linklaters and practiced at Freshfields.
Pathorn Towongchuen was previously at Weerawong C&P for seventeen years, where he has led its Dispute Resolution practice since 2017. He is widely recognized as a leading dispute resolution practitioner.
The founding partners are joined by a team of hand-picked attorneys. On the corporate side, Partner Chanvit Prachayapipat, is a specialist in general corporate matters and foreign direct investment. Senior Council, James Lawden, is a former Partner at Freshfields, who is well known for his extensive expertise in finance and capital markets. Counsels Parithat Chamnongsilp and Sappawit Jansuparerg, both have extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring. Senior Associate, Veerayut Pornchai a seasoned specialist in general corporate and commercial matters across a wide range of industries.
The Litigation & Dispute Resolution team is strengthened by key Senior Associates. Nantinee Sunthonpimol is a dispute resolution specialist with extensive high profile case experience, representing clients across industry sectors in arbitration, pre-litigation and litigation. Poonpat Vasupongpipat is an experienced practitioner in arbitration, disputes related to securities, administrative matters, civil lawsuits, and business rehabilitation. Yindee Limpives, is a dispute resolution specialist with in-depth technological understanding. He advises on contract, corporate and securities, cryptocurrency, labor, business reorganization, bankruptcy, telecommunication, construction, and concession disputes. A further seven Associates make up the remainder of the legal team.
