Advised Plan B Media PCL on its acquisition of an 11.01% equity interest in COM7 PCL, valued at ~THB 7.2 billion (USD 206 million), strengthening its strategic investment in Thailand’s leading technology and digital lifestyle retail sector.

Advised JustCo Holdings Pte. Ltd. on the Thai law aspects of its SGD 100 million IPO and listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard.

Advised the existing shareholders of Solution One Holding Co., Ltd. and Digital One Solution Company Limited on the sale of a 49% equity stake to Universal Music Group for an aggregate consideration of ~THB 684 million, including the negotiation and execution of a joint venture agreement and a structured arrangement for the transfer of full ownership to Universal Music Group within a predetermined timeframe.

Advised Principal Capital PCL (PRINC), through its subsidiary Principal Healthcare Co., Ltd., on the acquisition of a c.57% stake in N.D.S.34 Co., Ltd., operator of Por Phat 1 and 2 Hospitals, for THB 673.65 million.

Advised Mr. Frank Fung Kuen Leung on his voluntary partial tender offer to acquire up to 15.00% of the ordinary shares of Noble Development Public Company Limited (SET: NOBLE) at an offer price of THB 2.32 per share, valuing the transaction at THB 476.5 million (~USD 15.2 million).

Advised Frasers Property (Thailand) PCL on its THB 265 million acquisition of a 30% stake in Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and its subsidiary on the purchase of 48 million REIT units in FTREIT from Mitsui & Co. (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd.
